Eleven Ulster Linen Workers have their Stories Told
The stories created from our recent Forgotten Women Friday are arriving in our inbox. Today, we have eleven more for you to read. The First Ulster Linen Stories
After a very successful Forgotten Women Friday yesterday, when many of us learned much about Irish research, we present the first stories. Already, some trends are emerging. Many of the women died young, often of chest complaints and a significant number emigrated.
