We have a real mixture of stories for you this time, as we catch up on some previous Forgotten Women Friday submissions. There are also the new stand-alone stories of Harriet Basham, Mary Ann Elizabeth 'Polly' Stebbings and Sophia Pleasance Sparham. We always welcome submissions such as this. From Dorchester Prison, we have added Maria Dawson, as well as short stories of women who spent time as prisoners or staff at the prison. These include, Mary Ann Burden, Sarah Gillard, Mary Hurdle, Edith Wheeler Kite, Elizabeth Legg, Jane Mockridge, Selina Summers and Elizabeth Slade Wallis. We have Isabella Ridgeway Lee, who is in the applications' book for the Mount School but was also part of the Voluntary Aid Detachment and from those born in 1819, we have Mary Ann Cawston. Finally, there are three more linen workers, Rose Ann Maginnis, Elizabeth Toner and Mary Robinson whose stories can be found here.
